Club Meeting
Scuba for Diabetes
Divers work together to assemble 1 of 6 giant metal puzzles in a relaxed,
fun underwater setting. Puzzles are 50 sq. feet each,
containing 220 giant metal pieces. Dive time is one hour+.
minimum donation of $100 per person due on or before the
day of the event is required to participate.

FANTASY ISLAND RESORT
Everybody pays non-diver rate of $957.00 per person based on double occupancy and includes:
- 7 nights accommodations
- RT Ground Transfers to/from airport
- All meals, beverages, including alcohol
- Internet
- Up to 6 days of 3 tank boat dives
- 1 NIGHT dive during the week
- Unlimited Shore Diving
- 16% taxes
PAYMENT DOES NOT INCLUDE AIRFARE.
EVERYONE MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN AIRFARE TO ROATAN.

2010 Cancellation and Final Payment Policies:
- No penalty for cancellations made at least 180 days prior to scheduled arrival.
- Cancellations made between 120-179 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged a $50.00 penalty per person.
- Cancellations made between 60 & 119 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged a $100.00 penalty per person.
- Cancellations made between 30 & 59 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged a penalty of 50% of the rate per person.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival will be charged a penalty of 100% of the rate per person.
- Final Payment BALANCE DUE 45 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. Final payment is due to Deep Blue Adventures by April 12, 2010.
Personal checks are not accepted as payment upon checkout at resort.
